Publishing of educational content on PFAS
Understanding PFAS is not easy.
To consider how to phase out PFAS, however, one must first grasp the scientific foundations (chemistry, toxicity, magnitude of contamination, etc.) and the technical difficulties (consumer industries, functions of PFAS, alternatives, etc.).
Yet, this knowledge is currently only available in academic papers or complex regulatory reports.
We therefore aim to create educational resources based on the latest scientific and technical knowledge, and make them freely available.
Our first resource is a guide that provides a quick overview of the situation: Understanding PFAS.
